And what is the secret to excelling at so many different distances and types of races? Oh yeah, train 140 miles every week. Awesome.

Hey Mark,

Another fantastic year of running! Congrats and Happy New Year!

When will you unveil your 2010 plans? Gonna make a trip north of the border?

I'm sure by now you've heard of Monica's goals. If not, check out: www.monumentaleffort.com

Gotta run,
Vince

Hey Mark - I met you and your brother stephen on the way to Hopkinton on Monday - looked you up - very impressive blog! And you've kept quite a running passion going for a very long time - that's even more impressive and inspiring.
