10 Miles a.m. Tempo run 5:50 pace.
Weather was perfect.

Saturday:
14 Miles a.m. - Cuyahoga Valley National Parks, Hit the trails.
Felt good on the legs, very muddy.
6 Miles p.m. - Run in Hudson from Vertical Runner

Sunday:
15 Miles a.m. with Southeast Runners Club
Went out hard and ended up hitting 15 miles in 1:30 and change.
4 Mile Cool down right after the 15.

Great week, Mark. You run so many 8 milers downtown; how many different routes do you have, or do you follow roughly the same route every time? I noticed that your last mile on Tuesday was your fastest, so I'll just assume that was because of my excellent pacing on the first lap. hahahaha
