Training Week May 19 - 25

Monday:
8 Miles a.m.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Tuesday:
8 Miles a.m. Downtown Cleveland.

Track Workout: Solon Track
4 Miles p.m. Warm-up on the track followed by 4 x 100m stride outs.
3 x 1 Mile with 400m recovery.
5:18, 5:17, 5:09, was very sore from the Marathon.
6 Mile Cool-down.
Day Total: 22 Miles

Wednesday:
8 Mile a.m.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Thursday:
10 Miles a.m. Tempo run at 5:45 pace.
Weather was perfect and felt pretty good.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 18 Miles

Friday:
8 Miles a.m.
8 Miles in a.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Saturday:
Easy Run
10 Miles a.m. - Run in the [Cuyahoga Valley National Park]
6 Miles p.m.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Sunday:
Chagrin Falls Blossom Time Run [5.25 Miles]
6th Overall: 29:14
5 Mile Warm-up with stride outs.
10 Mile Cool-down
Day Total: 20 Miles

Week Total: 124 Miles

I am a runner. "We are what we repeatedly do" said...

Mark you really are pretty amazing...pounding out the 3 x miles Tuesdays after Saturday marathons. Damm. Will you be resting until Western States? I'd love to see you have a good race there and give us East coasters some respect.
