Training Week November 10 - November 16

Monday:
8 Miles a.m.

Both runs Downtown Cleveland.

Tuesday:
8 Miles a.m. Downtown Cleveland.

Track Workout: Solon
First time in years I did mile repeats on a treadmill.
4 Miles p.m. Warm-up on the treadmill followed by 4 x 100m stride outs.
5:02, 5:01, 4:58
4 Mile Cool-down.
Day Total: 20 Miles

Wednesday:
8 Mile a.m.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Thursday:
10 Miles a.m. Tempo run at 6:00 pace.
Cold, wind at back on my return jurney.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 18 Miles

Friday:
8 Miles a.m.
8 Miles in a.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Saturday:
Ran in Nashville TN.
Percy Warner Park loop 11.2 miles X 2. Plus a cool down.
From the stone-gated park entrance
Day Total: 24 Miles

Sunday:
Percy Warner Park again. loop 11.2 miles Plus out and back section.
Day Total: 15 Miles

Week Total: 125 Miles
