Mark, great week. I hate to nitpick but...
Even on a bad Monday, 8 + 10 does not equal 16. Also, if last Tuesday was the "First time in years I did mile repeats on a treadmill", then this Tuesday can no longer be "First time in years I did mile repeats on a treadmill" again.
Hey, if you can point out that I neglected to remove the race number on Dave shirt, I can nitpick on your blog entries. ;-)
