Training Week March 24 - 30

Toward the end of the week I physically feel stronger.
I think the 50K blues are over.
Feeling edgy for the 100K and looking forward to the Boston Marathon.

Monday:

8 Miles p.m.- Cuyahoga Falls.
Track Workout University of Akron Field House.
1 Mile Warm-up
3x1,600m with 400m Recovery.
5:14, 5:15, 5:19
2 Mile Cool-down
Day Total: 22 Miles

Wednesday:
8 Miles a.m.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total: 16 Miles

Thursday:
10.5 Miles a.m. [5:45 pace].
Windy, but felt strong.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Cleveland.
Day Total 18.5 Miles

Friday:
8 Miles a.m.
8 Miles p.m.
Both runs Downtown Clevleand
Day Total: 16 Miles

Saturday:
14 Miles a.m. - Carriage Trail Loop [Cuyahoga Valley National Park]
Brisk pace.
9 Miles p.m. - sub 6 min. pace
Day Total: 23 Miles

Sunday:
13 Miles a.m. - Cleveland Southeast Runners Club.
First 6 miles at 5:35 pace
6 Miles p.m. - Solon
Day Total: 19 Miles

Week Total: 130.5 Miles
