Hitting it hard for the first half of the week until Thurs.
Then cruising into the weekend.

3x1,600m with 400m recovery.

Felt stronger as I ran. Had more snap to the legs.

Felt strong and relaxed. Last hard run before the 100K.

Start of tapper.

Saturday:
13 Miles a.m. - Oak Hill Trail [Cuyahoga Valley National Park]
Nice easy run on soft muddy trails.
