Off (Taper & Travel)

3 Miles easy.

1 hour of yoga.

Sunday: Austin AT&T Marathon
17th Overall in 2:38:43
Weather was perfect. Felt strong.
Ran even the entire race.
1st 5K split was 18:30
13 Miles was 1:18
25K hit in 1:30
