Sounds painful and frustrating. Might be time for an exam/MRI.
I'm glad you came out to the BT50k. Was good to see you there at the finish.

Mark: A few weeks ago when my knee was really painful I was running 9 and 10 minute miles and it was very humbling and frustrating. I'm usually in the low to mid-7s for such runs. I was very discouraged and now things are better. You, too, will come back strong and we all know it. Hang in there and this will pass.

I am close to taking time off, but I've notice through out the years sometimes you need to fix the problem instead of walking away.
Also, trying to run this week to keep a hold of some fitness. Than can cut back the mile next week and see how things will unfold for BR 100.

new to your blog but not to your accomplishments. Watched Running on the Sun recently and am a little disappointed you weren't featured. I'd love to hear how youre adventure played out.
